The student union of University College Cork organised live music under the name "Downtown Kampus" at the Arcadia Ballroom. This is the first of many times that U2 play one of these gigs, and this time they are low on the bill - though in future they will headline or receive prominent billing as a support act. "Sunday Bloody Sunday" foi executada solo por The Edge pela primeira vez e foi tocada dessa forma pelo restante da turnê Popmart. "Miss Sarajevo" foi tocada com Brian Eno. O U2 visitou Sarajevo para cumprir uma promessa feita durante a turnê Zoo TV de se apresentar na Bósnia-Herzegovina devastada pela guerra. Sunday Bloody Sunday was performed solo by The Edge for the first time and was played in this manner for the rest of the Popmart Tour. Miss Sarajevo was played with Brian Eno. U2 visited Sarajevo to fulfill a promise made during the Zoo TV Tour to play in war-ravaged Bosnia-Herzegovina. It was the first concert the band played in any country that was formerly part of Yugoslavia; the second did not take place until 9 August 2009 in Zagreb, Croatia.

Durante o set de abertura do Muse, o vocalista Matthew Bellamy toca um trecho de "The Fly" do U2 no início de "Uprising".

O U2 altera a posição de "No Line On The Horizon" no setlist: anteriormente sempre a segunda no setlist da turnê 360°, ela é tocada como a décima música, enquanto "Magnificent" assume a segunda posição. "Breathe" retorna como a música de abertura após ter sido completamente omitida no show anterior. "Unknown Caller" fica de fora de um concerto da turnê 360° apenas pela terceira vez. É o aniversário de Bruce Springsteen, e embora ele não se junte ao U2 no palco, a banda toca um medley de sua música "She's The One" e sua própria "Desire" no início do set principal. Esta é a primeira vez que "Desire" aparece na segunda perna da turnê, quase dois meses desde que foi tocada pela última vez.

This concert was originally scheduled for 25 September 2009 and was only announced after strong ticket sales for the show on the 24th of September. It was moved to the 23rd so that the stadium would be free to host a rescheduled New York Jets game.

During Muse's opening set, frontman Matthew Bellamy plays a snippet of U2's The Fly at the start of Uprising.

U2 change the setlist position of No Line On The Horizon: previously always second in the 360° Tour setlist, it is played tenth while Magnificent slots in at second. Breathe returns as the opener after missing the previous gig entirely. Unknown Caller misses a 360° Tour gig for only the third time. It's Bruce Springsteen's birthday, and although he does not join U2 on stage, the band play a medley of his song She's The One and their own Desire early in the main set. This is Desire's first appearance on the second leg, nearly two months since it was last played. (U2Gigs)

Pela primeira vez, o U2 faz dois shows em estádios na Bélgica durante a mesma turnê. Chove durante o concerto, às vezes bastante intensamente. "Angel Of Harlem" é executada pela primeira vez desde 25 de julho de 2009; "Bad" é tocada pela primeira vez desde 12 de setembro de 2009. A maior parte do ensaio de som é essencialmente inaudível do lado de fora do local, então a banda (intencionalmente ou não) mantém as surpresas no setlist. O primeiro trecho de "Singing In The Rain" na verdade não está em "Until The End Of The World", mas depois que a música termina. Bono canta o trecho e depois faz seu discurso de introdução habitual antes de "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For".

For the first time, U2 play two stadium gigs in Belgium on the one tour. Rain falls during the concert, at times quite heavily. Angel Of Harlem is performed for the first time since 25 July 2009; Bad is performed for the first time since 12 September 2009. Most of the soundcheck is essentially inaudible outside the venue, so the band (intentionally or otherwise) keep a lid on the setlist surprises. The first snippet of Singing In The Rain is not actually in Until The End Of The World, but after the song ends. Bono sings the snippet and then gives his usual intro speech before I Still Haven't Found.
