Documentos de itinerário distribuídos à equipe do U2 antes do início da segunda perna da turnê Popmart revelam que mais um concerto estava planejado após o show em Tel Aviv: um show no Cairo, Egito, em 03 de outubro de 1997. No entanto, esse concerto nunca aconteceu.
This is the only concert U2 have ever played in Israel, or anywhere in continental Asia. This is the only U2 concert in the Middle East until a show in Turkey in 2010 (which took place on the western, European, side of Istanbul). The only other U2 shows in Asia have been off the coast of the continental landmass in Japan.
Itinerary documents distributed to U2's crew before the start of the second leg of Popmart reveal that one more concert was planned after the Tel Aviv gig: a show in Cairo, Egypt, on 1997-10-03. That concert, however, never took place. (U2Gigs)

The postponement was announced on 19 August 2010. Before In A Little While, Bono asked the crowd to sing Happy Birthday for his brother Norman, and the crowd responded with an enthusiastic rendition.
