Último show do U2 na Nova Zelândia por mais de 13 anos. Bono pessoalmente selecionou o 3Ds, uma banda da cidade de Dunedin, no sul da Nova Zelândia, para ser a banda de abertura. Foi o maior concerto da história do 3Ds, mas quando um associado da banda roubou uma garrafa de vinho do camarim do U2, o promotor do concerto disse com raiva ao 3Ds que eles não seriam pagos pelo show. No entanto, Bono estava no camarim na época e insistiu que o 3Ds fosse pago em dobro - e recebesse uma garrafa extra de vinho.
Last U2 gig in New Zealand for over 13 years. Bono personally selected 3Ds, a band from the southern New Zealand city of Dunedin, to be the support act. It was the 3Ds' biggest concert ever, but when an associate of the band pilfered a bottle of wine from U2's dressing room, the concert promoter angrily told 3Ds that they would not get paid for the gig. Bono, however, was in the room at the time and insisted that the 3Ds get paid double - and receive an extra bottle of wine.
